Bestselling author of mystery novels and radio DJ Jang Jae-Yeol (Jo In-Sung) is playful and a bit arrogant, he also suffers from obsessive–compulsive disorder. At a young age Jang Jae-Yeol had to testify against his older brother after their abusive father was murdered.
Driven, ambitious and compassionate Ji Hae-Soo (Gong Hyo-Jin) is a psychiatrist who works with many different patients that suffer from various mental disorders. However, an incident when she was younger causes Hae-soo to have a negative attitude towards love and relationships in her personal life.
Once Jae-Yeol and Hae-Soo meet, there is much tension between them caused by their strong personalities and refusal to give in to each other. But slowly their bickering turns into love and they begin to learn how compatible they are. While trying to heal each other, they learn more and more about the other. The extent to which they learn about each other goes deeper than either one of them expects.
really appealed to me and I knew that I had to watch. I believe that this drama is a really important
one. The fact that the main theme for it is mental disorders is great. This drama depicts the lives of
many individuals whose daily lives are constantly impacted by their mental disorder. The fact that
they were able to make a romantic drama about it while still respecting the lives of people who live
with these disorders in real life is amazing.
It was a love story that happened with time and something that they both agreed on at the same
time (for the most part). The fact that they each have their own disorders that they have to deal with
just shows how strong they are because not only do they deal with their own disorder but they help
each other to overcome the others as well.
everyone, no matter what state of mind that you have. It also made me very sad. Especially the
relationship between Jang Jae-Yeol and Han Kang-Woo (D.O.). Once you watch the drama you will
know the exact reason as to why it made me sad and cry like a baby.
- Anyone who personally has or knows someone that has a mental disorder
- Anyone who loves a realistic love story
- Anyone who likes realistic situations
- Anyone who loves EXO
being that I freaking love EXO. The second is that I love CHEN and the ridiculous high notes that he
hits flawlessly. The third reason that I will mention is that it is so emotional that it fits the drama
perfectly. I constantly listen and sing this song every time I play it. My family always screams at me
to stop scream-singing the chorus. Ugh!! I freaking love CHEN!!
